I have had nothing but problems with my AC unit that is only 5 1/2 years old and was installed by Hampton heating and air! Today is the last straw my floors have severe water damage and it's all because they did not install the valve that allows us to flush the line! I am not usually someone that would post a negative comment but I do not want this to happen to someone else!! This is ridiculous!! Outside of what has happened today our unit has gone out Multiple times 5 1/2 years!! Luckily mid south has fixed all of the problems!!
